John Tait

President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Tait brings significant experience in executive and director positions with public mineral exploration companies to Superior Copper. Mr. Tait was a director and President of Southern Star Resources Inc., which merged with Exall Resources to form Gold Eagle Mines Ltd. Gold Eagle Mines Ltd. was purchased by Goldcorp Inc. for $1.5 billion in 2008. Mr. Tait has over 20 years of experience in the mining exploration business.

Michael Leskovec

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Leskovec is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 13 years of financial experience within public practice and the mining industry. Mr. Leskovec holds an Honours BAcc from Brock University in Ontario, Canada. He is also the Financial Control Officer of Northfield Capital. Mr. Leskovec previously served as an Officer and Controller of Gold Eagle Mines Ltd.  Previous to this, Mr. Leskovec was an Audit and Assurance Manager at Smith Nixon LLP.

Miron Berezowsky

Senior Geological Consultant

Senior Geologist with more than 40 years (46 field seasons) of Canadian and International exploration and mining experience in gold, base metals, platinum group metals, alluvial and kimberlite diamonds, industrial minerals with both major exploration/mining companies and numerous international exploration/mining consulting groups.

Mike Kilbourne

Senior Geologist

Mr. Kilbourne has 30 years in mineral exploration and mine production, and brings seasoned experience to the Superior Copper team. He played a key role as a Senior Geologist on Noront's Eagle's Nest discovery in the Ring of Fire. He is an active member of APGO, the PDA and Society of Economic Geology. Mr. Kilbourne holds a HBSc. from University of Western Ontario.

Morgan Quinn

Corporate Development

Mr. Quinn has been involved with Superior Copper since 2010 helping with all aspects of the company including acquisitions, managing aspects of the projects, and marketing. He graduated from Dalhousie University with an Honours B.Sc. Geology in 2009.
